Deposits for stay:
For stays we collect a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay.
The reservation is definitively confirmed only after this deposit has been paid to our account 1181285010/5500 . (RaiffeisenBank)
Please enter the start date as a variable symbol (eg in the format 29052016).
The deposit is due within 10 days of booking confirmation.
By paying the deposit, the accommodation order is considered binding. The customer pays the rest of the amount at the start of the stay according to the scope of the order.
Cancel fees:
If you cancel your stay within 30 days of the expected arrival, we will refund the entire deposit.
If you cancel your stay within 14 days of the expected arrival, we will refund 50% of the deposit paid.
If you cancel your stay 14 days before the expected arrival, we will not refund the paid deposit.
